How long does it take to process the order? 

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order. 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping costs 25USD.

Please note that in the case of additional local custom duties and import taxes, these are the responsibility of the customer. 

How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes between 5-14 days, but can take up to 20 days depending on the destination. Local disruptions may delay the arrival time. 

Are deliveries tracked? 

Yes, all sayo deliveries are tracked. 

Can I return my products? 

All purchases are final. It is not possible to return your product.
